城乡融合对共同富裕的影响:中国式现代化建设的中介作用

Impact of Urban-rural Integration on Common Prosperity: Intermediary Role of Chinese-style Modernization

步入新发展阶段,城乡融合、中国式现代化建设已经成为扎实推进共同富裕的关键抓手。以我国31个省级面板数据为研究样本(未包含港澳台),借助固定效应模型考察城乡融合对共同富裕的影响及作用机制。结果显示:城乡融合能够有效促进共同富裕水平提升,还可通过中国式现代化建设促进共同富裕;子维度中,经济协调、社会服务对共同富裕与中国式现代化建设的推动作用较强,生态环境、空间布局的影响则较小。进一步研究发现,城乡融合对中国式现代化建设和共同富裕的促进作用存在显著的区域差异,城乡融合对共同富裕的影响效应在中部地区、西部地区较强,对中国式现代化建设的影响在东北地区较强;中国式现代化建设的中介效应在中部地区较强,在西部地区较弱。基于此,未来应加快推进县域城乡融合、着力构建中国式现代化产业体系、落实区域协调发展战略,为共同富裕目标的实现蓄势赋能。

Entering a new stage of development,urban-rural integration and Chinese-style modernization have become the key to advancing common prosperity.Taking the panel data of 31 provinces in China as a sample(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),the influence and mechanism of urban-rural integration on common prosperity are investigated with the help of a fixed-effect model.The results show that urban-rural integration can effectively promote the level of common prosperity,and can also promote common prosperity through Chinese-style modernization;in the sub-dimension,economic coordination and social services play a strong role in promoting common prosperity and Chinese-style modernization,while the impact of ecological environment and spatial layout is relatively small.Further research finds that there are significant regional differences in the role of urban-rural integration in promoting Chinese-style modernization and common prosperity;the effect of urban-rural integration on common prosperity is strong in the central and western regions,and the impact on Chinese-style modernization is strong in northeast China;the intermediary effect of Chinese-style modernization is strong in the central region and weak in the western region.Based on this,in the future,it is necessary to accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas at the county level,focus on building a Chinese-style modern industrial system,and implement the regional coordinated development strategy,so as to achieve the goal of common prosperity.
