心理护理干预改善抑郁症患者睡眠质量和心理状态的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Improving Sleep Qualityand Psychological State in Patients with Depression

目的:探究心理护理干预改善抑郁症患者睡眠质量和心理状态的效果。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年7月青岛市精神卫生中心老年科收治的抑郁症患者86例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组予以心理护理,对照组予以常规护理措施,比较2组护理效果以及对睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]的影响。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分及SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率93.02%(40/43),对照组76.74%(33/43),观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能够有效提高抑郁症患者的睡眠质量,促进心理状态水平的恢复,降低抑郁焦虑心理,提高护理有效率。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on sleep quality and psychological status of patients with depression.Methods:A total of 86 patients with depression admitted to the Geriatric Department of Qingdao Mental Health Center from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group,in order of admission.The observation group received psychological care,while the control group received routine nursing measures.The nursing effects of the two groups and their impact on sleep quality were compared,including the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score.Results:After nursing intervention,the PSQI scores,SAS scores,and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%(40/43),while that of the control group was 76.74%(33/43).The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with depression,promote the recovery of psychological state levels,reduce depression and anxiety,and improve nursing effectiveness.
