健康教育视频在脊柱外科护理中对患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Health Education Video on Sleep Quality and Psychological State of Patients in Spinal Surgery Care

目的:分析健康教育视频在脊柱外科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年4月福州市第二医院收治的胸腰椎疾病住院患者60例作为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规方式进行入院健康教育,观察组在常规入院健康教育基础上另采用健康教育视频;对比2组匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分。结果:入院第7天观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组HADS焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HADS抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育视频在脊柱外科护理中的应用,能够改善患者睡眠质量,缓解患者焦虑及抑郁的心理状态。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education videos in spinal surgery nursing.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 60 hospitalized patients with thoracic and lumbar spine diseases admitted to our spinal surgery department from January 2022 to April 2023.They were divided into a control group of 30 patients according to different nursing methods,and received routine health education on admission;the observation group consisted of 30 patients who received additional health education videos on the basis of routine admission health education;Compare two groups of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)scores and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores.Results:On the 7th day of admission,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the HADS anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the HADS depression score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:The application of health education videos in spinal surgery nursing can improve patients′sleep quality and alleviate their psychological states of anxiety and depression.
