结构式团体心理治疗对抑郁障碍患者巩固维持期社会功能的影响研究

Effect of Structured Group Psychotherapy on Social Function in Patients with Depression During Consolidation and Maintenance

目的:研究结构式团体心理治疗对抑郁障碍患者巩固维持期社会功能的影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月云南省精神病医院临床心理科出院患者97例作为研究对象,按照出院先后随机分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=48)。对照组仅开展药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗的基础上加入结构式团体心理治疗,应用HAMD、SDSS及PSQI量表对患者的抑郁症状、社会功能及睡眠状况进行评估,量表调查结果进行统计、对照分析,得出结构式团体心理治疗的结论。结果:2组患者在出院时HAMD、SDSS、PSQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),实施结构式团体心理治疗6周、12周后观察组的评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效显效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁障碍患者在巩固维持期开展结构式团体心理治疗可改善患者抑郁症状及睡眠质量,提高其生命质量和社会功能,降低复发率,对抑郁障碍的治疗及康复具有重要意义。

Objective:To study the effect of structural group psychotherapy on social function in patients with depression during consolidation and maintenance.Methods:A total of 97 patients discharged from the clinical psychology department of our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into 49 patients in the control group and 48 patients in the experimental group according to the sequence of discharge.The control group only received drug treatment,and the experimental group added structural group psychotherapy on the basis of drug treatment.HAMD,SDSS and PSQI scales were used to evaluate the depressive symptoms,social function and sleep status of the patients.The results of the scale survey were statistically analyzed and compared,and the conclusion of structured group psychotherapy was drawn.Results:There were no significant differences in HAMD,SDSS and PSQI scores between the two groups at discharge (P>0.05),after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of structural group psychotherapy,the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Structural group psychotherapy during the consolidation and maintenance period can improve the depressive symptoms and sleep quality,improve the quality of life and social function,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is of great significance for the treatment and rehabilitation of depressive disorder.
