前馈控制康复干预联合人文关怀对骨折患者心理状态和睡眠质量的改善作用

The Improvements of Psychological State and Sleep Quality in Fracture Patients by CombiningFeedforward Control Rehabilitation Intervention with Humanistic Care

目的:探究前馈控制康复干预联合人文关怀对骨折患者心理状态和睡眠质量的改善作用。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月福建省宁德市中医院康复科骨折患者70例作为研究对象,用随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组施以人文关怀护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予前馈控制康复干预。2组心理状态应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估,睡眠质量用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估,并记录患者并发症。结果:2组护理后SAS、SDS及PSQI评分低于本组护理前,且观察组更低于对照组护理后(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制康复干预联合人文关怀改善骨折患者不良情绪和睡眠质量具有良好的效果,并可降低并发症的发生情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of feedforward control rehabilitation intervention combined with humanistic care on psychological state and sleep quality of fracture patients.Methods:From March 2021 to March 2023,70 fracture patients from Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases each using random sampling method.The control group received humanistic care,while the observation group received feedforward control rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.Two groups of psychological states were evaluated using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and sleep quality was evaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),with patient complications recorded.Results:The SAS,SDS,and PSQI scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was even lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of feedforward control rehabilitation intervention and humanistic care has a good effect on improving the negative emotions and sleep quality of fracture patients,and can reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
