精细化护理干预对肾穿刺术后患者的应用效果和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Refined Nursing Intervention on the Application Effect and Sleep Quality of Patients after Renal Puncture

目的:探究精细化护理对于肾穿刺术后患者的应用恢复情况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的接受肾穿刺术的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者术后采取一般护理模式,观察组则提供精细化护理模式。对比2组患者术后临床护理效果和护理满意度;护理1 d、2 d和3 d疼痛评分;术后并发症发生情况;护理前、护理后PSQI和GCQ评分。结果:护理7 d后,观察组患者护理总满意率95.0%,对照组为85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者接受护理1 d、2 d和3 d后3个时间段的VAS评分较对照组均更低,同时间段2组数据有显著性差异(P<0.05);护理期间观察组并发症总发生率5.0%,显著低于对照组的27.5%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者PSQI和GCQ评分均优于治疗前,且观察组患者PSQI和GCQ评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理可以有效降低肾穿刺活检患者术后疼痛感,具有更低的并发症发生率和更高的睡眠质量以及身体舒适度,患者满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing on application recovery and sleep quality of patients after nephrocentesis.Methods:The sample was selected from a total of 80 patients who underwent nephrocentesis in our hospital.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to different postoperative care contents,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care after surgery,while patients in the observation group received refined nursing intervention after surgery.Compare the postoperative clinical nursing effects and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients,as well as pain scores at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,the occurrence of postoperative complications and PSQI and GCQ scores before and after nursing.Results:After one week of care,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group reached 95.0%(48/50),while the satisfaction rate of the control group was 80.0%(34/40),and there was a significant difference between the data of the two groups(P<0.05);VAS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group in the three time periods of 1 d,2 d,and 3 d after they received nursing care,and there was a significant difference between the data of the two groups for the same time periods(P<0.05);the total complication rate of 5.0%in the observation group during the nursing period was significantly lower than that of 27.5%in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the data of the two groups(P<0.05);after the nursing care,the PSQI and GCQ scores of the observation group were lower than before and those of the control group,and the data of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative refined nursing interventions in patients with renal puncture biopsy can effectively reduce pain,with lower complication rates,improved sleep quality and physical comfort,and higher patient satisfaction.
