双碳背景下环境规制对中国建筑业技术创新的影响研究

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Environmental Regulation on Technological Innovation in China's Construction Industry under the Background of Double Carbon

在当前推行“双碳”的时代大背景下,为了探索如何实现我国环境保护与建筑业技术创新之间的共赢,选取中国作为研究对象,利用2005-2019年省际面板数据,运用混合OLS回归、随机效应、固定效应、FGLS等多种估计方法,实证分析了环境规制对中国建筑业技术创新的影响。通过实证研究得出结论:环境规制与中国建筑业技术创新能力呈现正向关系,环境规制会促进中国建筑企业进行技术创新。因此,为了推动我国建筑业技术创新的发展,政府应出台相关政策,充分发挥环境规制对中国建筑业技术创新的正向激励作用。

In order to explore how to achieve a win-win situation between China's environmental protection and technological innovation in the construction industry under the background of the current implementation of"double carbon",this paper selects China as the research object,uses the inter provincial panel data from 2005 to 2019,and empirically analyzes the impact of environmental regulation on technological innovation in China's construction industry by using mixed OLS regression,random effect,fixed effect,FGLS and other estimation methods.Through the empirical study,it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between environmental regulation and the technological innovation ability of China's construction industry,and environmental regulation will promote the technological innovation of construction enterprises.Therefore,in order to promote the development of technological innovation in China's construction industry,the government should issue relevant policies to give full play to the positive incentive effect of environmental regulation on technological innovation in China's construction industry.
