2017—2022年威海市婚前保健情况分析

Analysis of premarital health care in Weihai city,2017–2022

目的对威海市2017—2022年婚前保健情况进行分析,以提高婚检率和服务质量。方法以威海市4区市(环翠区、文登区、荣成市、乳山市)2017—2022年提供的婚前保健情况年报表为基础,对相关婚检情况、婚检疾病检出情况进行统计分析。结果2017—2022年威海市婚检率较高,婚检疾病检查率波动在3.29%~5.11%,生殖系统疾病检出率最高,女性高于男性,不同区市婚检疾病检出率不同。结论出台有关婚检的相关政策,采取灵活健康教育方式,整合婚姻登记、婚孕检“一站式服务”等一系列举措可以有效提升婚检率,目前迫切需要加强人员培训和考核以提高婚检工作服务质量。

Objective To analyze the premarital health care in Weihai from 2017 to 2022,so as to improve the premarital examination rate and service quality.Methods Based on the annual report of premarital health care provided by four districts and cities in Weihai(Huancui district,Wendeng district,Rongcheng city,Rushan city)from 2017 to 2022,the related premarital examination and detection of premarital examination diseases were statistically analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2022,the premarital examination rate in Weihai city was high,and the detection rate of premarital examination diseases fluctuated from 3.329%to 5.11%.The detection rate of reproductive system disease was the highest,and women were higher than men.The detection rate of premarital examination diseases was different in different districts and cities.Conclusion A series of effective measures such as issuing relevant policies on premarital check-ups,adopting flexible health education methods,integrating marriage registration and“one-stop service”for premarital check-ups can effectively raise the premarital check-up rate,at present,there is an urgent need to strengthen the training and assessment of personnel to improve the quality of premarital examination services.
