同步临床轮转在妇产科模拟教学临床技能课中的作用与思考

The role of concurrent clinical rotation in simulation teaching of practice skill in obstetrics and gynecology curriculum

目的探讨本科生教学中同步参与临床轮转在妇产科模拟教学临床技能课中的效果。方法将进入北京协和医院妇产科的本科见习生作为研究对象,分为两组(一组参加临床轮转+模拟临床技能课培训,另一组仅参加模拟临床技能课培训),比较其考试成绩评价模拟教学临床技能课效果。结果通过比较,虽然两组学生出科考试成绩无显著统计学差异,但最高分均在参与临床轮转组,最低分在未参与临床轮转组。结论模拟教学临床技能课培训能够满足基本临床技能所需,但同时应重视临床轮转,两者相辅相成,妇产科模拟技能培训反馈式教学倡导双向评价理念,根据评价结果不断调整临床技能培训课程。

Objective To investigate the effect of simultaneous participation in clinical rotation in undergraduate teaching of clinical skill courses in obstetrics and gynecology simulation teaching.Methods The undergraduates studied at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital were divided into two groups.One group participated in clinical rotation and simulated clinical skills training concurrently,and the other group only involved in simulated clinical skills training,and the learning effect was evaluated by comparing their examination scores.Results Although there was no significant statistical difference in the examination results of the two groups,the highest scores were found in the group with concurrent clinical rotation,whereas the lowest scores were in the non-clinical rotation group.Conclusion The clinical skills training of simulated teaching can meet the needs of basic clinical training.Meanwhile,attention should be paid to the immersive clinical rotation,which could be complementary in teaching curriculum.The ideal of two-way evaluation was encouraged in obstetrics and gynecology simulation teaching,and the adjustment based on the feedback was required to optimize the clinical skill courses.
