摘要
针对传统高强耐热铝合金线因延伸率较小(1.6%~2.0%)、长期运行抗蠕变性能较差而整根导线的拉断力较差,致使线路运行存在安全隐患,展开了高延伸率高强耐热铝合金线研制。通过对NRLH2高强耐热铝合金材料各元素成分含量的工艺优化和所制电工铝杆的工艺改进,成功研制了延伸率>4.0%、抗拉强度>242 MPa、导电率>55.5%IACS、运行温度150℃的高延伸率高强耐热铝合金线。该铝合金线可使整根导线的拉断力提高20%以上,大幅提升导线长期运行的抗蠕变性能,提高线路运行安全性,现已成功应用于超高压、特高压输电工程。
Aiming at the potential operational safety hazards of traditional high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy wires due to low elongation(1.6%~2.0%),poor creep resistance during long-term operation,and poor tensile strength of the entire conductor,the development of high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire with high-elongation is carried out.By optimizing the process of NRLH2 high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy material and improving the process of the electrical aluminum rod,a high-elongation high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire with elongation>4.0%,tensile strength>242 MPa,electrical conductivity>55.5%IACS,and operating temperature of 150℃is successfully developed.This aluminum alloy wire can increase the tensile strength of the entire conductor by more than 20%,significantly improve the creep resistance of the conductor during long-term operation,and improve the safety of line operation.It has been successfully applied to extra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission projects.
