EN 50306轨道交通车辆薄壁绝缘电缆机械性能控制

Mechanical Performance Control of EN 50306 Railway Rolling Stock Cables with Thin-Wall Insulation

摘要 EN 50306轨道交通车辆薄壁绝缘电缆主要依据欧盟标准EN 50306:2020进行设计,现成为我国轨道交通车辆车型不断升级的有力支撑。EN 50306电缆的薄壁绝缘特点使之可在狭小车体空间内密集敷设,但其关键机械性能(耐刮磨性、耐动态切通性)也成为电缆的研制难点。对EN 50306电缆的耐刮磨性及耐动态切通性要求进行介绍,并以此对最薄(0.18 mm)绝缘的EN 50306-2300 V 0.5 M电缆导体绞合工艺、绝缘工艺(材料选择、挤出工艺、辐照交联工艺)展开控制。最终,该电缆耐刮磨试验(7 N)结果为刮磨往返次数平均值和单次值均大于300次,动态切通试验结果为78 N,远高于EN 50306标准要求,确保电缆复杂环境的布线更可靠、长期运行更安全。 The EN 50306 railway rolling stock cables with thin-wall insulation are mainly designed in accordance with the EU standard EN 50306:2020,which has become a strong support for the continuous upgrading of rail transit vehicle models in China.The thin-wall insulation characteristics of EN 50306 cable enable it to be densely laid in a narrow vehicle body space,but its key mechanical properties(abrasion resistance,dynamic cut-through resistance)have also become difficulties in cable development.The requirements for the abrasion resistance and dynamic cut-through resistance of EN 50306 cable are introduced,and the conductor stranding process and insulation process(material selection,extrusion process,irradiation crosslinking process)of EN 50306-2300 V 0.5 M cable with the thinnest(0.18 mm)insulation are controlled.Finally,the results of the cable abrasion resistance test(7 N)show that the average and single round trip times of abrasion are more than 300,and the dynamic cut-through test result is 78 N,which is far higher than the requirements of the EN 50306 standard,and ensures more reliable wiring and safer long-term operation in complex environments.
