高校体育教学中大学生运动生理学知识知晓现状及影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the Current Situation and Influence Factors of University Students' Awareness of Exercise Physiology Knowledge in College Physical Education Teaching

摘要 目的:了解高校体育教学中大学生运动生理学知识知晓情况及影响因素,为提升大学生运动生理学知识储备及体育教学改革提供参考。方法:采用随机抽样方法抽取哈尔滨工程大学大三年级学生370人,使用自设问卷进行运动生理学知识知晓情况调查。结果:学生运动生理学知识知晓率为28.4%,Logistic回归分析结果显示,空闲时间运动参与情况(OR=0.241,95%CI=0.083~0.698)、对体育课融入运动生理学知识的看法(OR=0.021,95%CI=0.001~0.836)、期望生理学专业知识的获取方式(OR=0.177,95%CI=0.047~0.661)是影响学生运动生理学知识知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:高校体育教学中学生运动生理学知识掌握率有待提高。应推动高校体育教学模式及学生考核体系改革,拓宽学生运动生理学知识获取途径,实现理论与实践相结合,使学生“知其然,知其所以然”。 Objective:To understand the situation and influence factors of university students' awareness of exercise physiology knowledge in college physical education teaching,so as to provide references for the improvement of college students' reserve of exercise physiology knowledge and physical education teaching reform.Methods:A random sampling method was used to select 370 juniors from Harbin Engineering University,and self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the the awareness of students' exercise physiology knowledge.Results:Students' awareness rate of exercise physiology knowledge was 28.4%,and the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that exercise participation in free time(OR=0.241,95%CI=0.083~0.698),the perception of integrating exercise physiology knowledge into physical education classes(OR=0.021,95% CI=0.001~0.836),and the expectation for the way of acquiring expertise in physiology(OR=0.177,95% CI=0.047~0.661) were the influence factors affecting students' awareness rate of exercise physiology knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mastery rate of students' exercise physiology knowledge in college physical education teaching needs to be improved.It is necessary to promote the reform of the college physical education teaching mode and students' assessment system,broaden the approach for students to acquire exercise physiology knowledge,and realize the combination of theory and practice,so as to enable students to "know what it is and why".
