基于结果导向理论的高校健美操能力素养构成体系及实施策略

摘要 该文运用文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法,在结果导向理论下,对高校健美操能力素养构成体系及实施策略进行研究。根据高校健美操教学现状,从实际问题出发,结合结果导向理论需遵循的原则,从三环节教学核心、一体化人才培养、校本特色教材、双师素质培养4个方面提出基于结果导向理论的高校健美操能力素养构成体系及实施策略的建议,旨在为研究学者提供有价值的参考。 Using the literature method,field survey method and logical analysis method,this paper studies the composition system and implementation strategy of college aerobics competence literacy under the result-oriented theory.According to the status quo of college aerobics teaching,starting from actual problems,combined with the principles to be followed by the result-oriented theory,this paper puts forward suggestions on the composition system and implementation strategy of college aerobics competence literacy based on the result-oriented theory from the four aspects of the three-link teaching core,integrated talent cultivation,school-based characteristic teaching materials and double-qualified quality cultivation,with the aim of providing valuable references for research scholars.
