摘要
介绍了薄膜前处理技术在汽车涂装中的应用,分析了在薄膜前处理配套电泳工艺生产时出现“麦田圈”缺陷的原因,对几种整改方案加以论证,最终通过加强进出电泳槽前后的喷淋,提高电泳槽液中氨基磺酸的浓度,以及优化进出电泳槽时的链速解决了问题。
The application of thin film pretreatment technology in automobile painting was introduced.The cause of“crop circle”defect occurring during electrocoating after thin film pretreatment was analyzed.Some solutions were discussed.The problem was solved by improving the spray cleaning before and after electrocoating,increasing the concentration of sulfamic acid in electrocoating tank,and optimizing the production line running speed in electrocoating section.
