在长时间超负荷运行的过程中,汽轮机设备可能会出现各种故障问题。作为汽轮机重要结构之一的油系统,在机组运行中具有重要作用,一旦此系统出现故障,可能会影响汽轮机正常运行。为此,文章以600MW机组汽轮机油系统为例,对火电厂运行中汽轮机油系统的故障问题及具体处理对策展开了探讨,旨在为火电厂及时排除故障提供支持,维持火电厂发电工作的持续、安全开展。

In the process of long-term overload operation,various fault problems may occur in steam turbine equipment.As one of the important structures of the steam turbine,the oil system plays an important role in the operation of the unit.Once the system fails,it may affect the normal operation of the steam turbine.Therefore,taking the 600MW unit turbine oil system as an example,this paper discusses the faults and specific countermeasures of the turbine oil system in the operation of thermal power plants,aiming to provide support for timely troubleshooting of thermal power plants and maintain the continuous and safe development of power generation in thermal power plants.
