延安时期干部教育师资队伍建设的成就与经验

摘要 延安时期,中国共产党奉行“干部教育第一”方略,建立起干部教育体系并不断完善。为摆脱干部教育师资匮乏的困境,干部学校邀请中央和各级部门领导人赴校授课或演讲;落实知识分子政策并聘请党内外知识分子任教;选拔优秀学员兼任教员。各校的性质、培养目标和教育内容不尽相同,但教学实践均以马克思主义教育为中心,特别是由党内高层领导人和高级知识分子亲授马克思主义基本理论和政党发展史有关课程,在加强干部队伍思想建设的同时,着力提高干部运用马克思主义理论解决中国实际问题的能力,以此回应“马克思主义中国化”的历史命题。 During the Yan’an period,the Communist Party of China pursued the strategy of“Cadre Education First”and established a cadre education system which has been constantly improved.In order to overcome the shortage of faculty,cadre schools invited the leaders of the CPC Central Committee and government departments at all levels to give classes or lectures,implemented the Intellectual Policy and hired intellectuals inside and outside the party,and employed excellent students as teachers.Although cadre schools had their own nature,training objective and educational contents,they all took Marxist education as the core of teaching practice.Especially,the senior leaders and intellectuals of CPC gave classes on the basic theory of Marxism and party history,so as to strengthen the ideological construction of cadres and improve their abilities to solve Chinese practical problems with Marxism,thus responding to the historical proposition of the domestication of Marxism.
