摘要
1978年开始的中国教育体制改革,经历了四个发展阶段,分别是1978—1989年教育体制改革的起步阶段、1989—2002年构建与社会主义市场经济相适应的教育体制的探索阶段、2002—2012年教育体制改革整体推进阶段、2012年以来新时代教育体制改革的全面深化阶段。立足新发展阶段,面向未来,我国教育体制改革应做好以下四个方面:进一步加强党对教育工作的全面领导和科学理论指导;进一步完善“五育”融合的教育体系和家校社协同育人机制;进一步提升教育服务经济社会发展和科技强国建设的能力;进一步加快教育数字化,构建服务全民终身学习的高质量教育体系和学习型社会。
China’s education system reform,which began in 1978,has gone through four stages which are the initial stage from 1978 to 1989,the exploring stage to match socialist market economy from 1989 to 2002,the promotion stage from 2002 to 2012,and the comprehensive deepening stage in the new era since 2012.Based on the new stage,the reform should further strengthen the overall leadership and scientific theoretical guidance of the Communist Party of China on education work,further improve the integration of five education and the collaborative education mechanism between family,school,and society,enhance education to serve economic and social development and the construction of a technology powerhouse,accelerate education digitization,and build high-quality education system and learning-oriented society that serve lifelong learning.
