临床竖直振动环境中输注泵流速的稳定性及精准度评估

摘要 目的 本研究旨在评估临床竖直振动环境中输注泵(输液泵和注射泵)的瞬时流速稳定性和平均流速精准度,研究输注泵在竖直振动环境中流速的差异。方法 本研究用振动摇床模拟稳定(0 m/s^(2))、轻度振动(5 m/s^(2))、中度振动(10 m/s^(2))和重度振动(20 m/s^(2))等4种竖直振动环境,分别用瞬时流速的合格率和平均流速的误差率对Mindray输注泵的稳定性和精准度进行描述,通过比较不同振动环境中的输注泵的性能找出两者的差异。结果 在稳定和轻度振动实验条件下,Mindray输注泵流速的稳定性和精准度能保持良好的性能。随着振动强度的增大,Mindray注射泵瞬时流速的稳定性和平均流速的精准度呈显著下降,然而,对Mindray输液泵流速的影响较小。结论 在中度竖直振动强度以上的环境中,Mindray输液泵流速的稳定性和精准度优于注射泵。因此,在竖直振动环境中,使用Mindray输液泵进行静脉注射更有利于临床工作。 Objective This study aimed to evaluate the stability of the instantaneous flow rate and the accuracy of the average flow rate of infusion and syringe pumps(infusion pumps and syringe pumps)under clinical vertical vibration conditions,study the difference in flow rates between infusion and syringe pumps in a vertical vibration condition.Methods In this study,a vibration shaker was used to simulate four vertical vibration conditions,including stable(0 m/s^(2)),mild vibration(5 m/s^(2)),moderate vibration(10 m/s^(2)),and severe vibration(20 m/s^(2)).The stability and accuracy of the Mindray infusion and syringe pumps were described by the pass rate of instantaneous flow rate and the error rate of average flow rate,respectively,to find out the difference between the performance of infusion and syringe pumps in different vibration conditions by comparing them.Results The flow rate stability and accuracy of the Mindray infusion and syringe pumps maintained satisfactory performance under stable and mild vibration conditions.It decreased significantly that the stability of the instantaneous flow rate and the accuracy of the average flow rate of the Mindray syringe pump with the increase of the vibration intensity.However,it had a weak effect on the Mindray infusion pump flow rate.Conclusions The flow rate stability and accuracy of the Mindray infusion pump are better than those of the syringe pump above moderate vertical vibration intensity.Therefore,using Mindray infusion pump for intravenous infusion is more beneficial to clinical work in vertical vibration conditions.
