恶性脊柱肿瘤患者家庭抗逆力与家庭功能及社会支持的相关性分析

Relationship between family resilience and family function and social support in patients with malignant spinal tumor

目的 调查恶性脊柱肿瘤患者的家庭抗逆力、家庭功能和社会支持水平,并探讨恶性脊柱肿瘤患者的家庭抗逆力与家庭功能及社会支持水平之间的相关性。方法 采用方便抽样法选取2021年7月-2022年7月于我院住院治疗的232例恶性脊柱肿瘤患者作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版家庭抗逆力量表(C-FRAS)、家庭关怀度指数量表(APGAR)和社会支持量表(SSRS)进行横断面问卷调查,并进行家庭抗逆力、家庭功能和社会支持的相关性分析。结果 219例恶性脊柱肿瘤患者C-FRAS得分为(93.79±10.36)分,其中社会资源利用维度得分最低为(8.08±1.70)分;APGAR得分为(7.58±2.09)分,但仍有27.9%患者存在中重度家庭功能障碍,其中成长度(1.47±0.56)分和合作度(1.48±0.58)分维度得分最低;SSRS得分为(39.45±5.36)分,处于中度水平。Pearson相关分析显示:家庭抗逆力与家庭功能(r=0.462,P<0.05)及社会支持(r=0.304,P<0.05)呈显著正相关。结论 恶性脊柱肿瘤患者家庭抗逆力水平处于中等水平,社会资源与家庭功能都有提升空间;提示临床医护人员应重视患者的家庭抗逆力,提供以家庭参与式的护理干预措施,提高患者家庭应对疾病的适应能力。

Objective To investigate the level of family resilience,family function,and social support in patients with malignant spinal tumor,and to explore their correlation.Methods A total of 232 patients with malignant spinal tumors who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Fudan University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as investigation objects by convenient sampling method.A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was administered by using the general demographic information questionnaire,Chinese-Family Resilience Assessment Scale(C-FRAS),Family Care Index Scale(APGAR),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the correlation analysis of family stress tolerance,family function,and social support was conducted.were to the participants.Results The C-FRAS score of 219 patients with malignant spinal tumors was(93.79±10.36)points,among which the score of social resource utilization dimension was the lowest(8.08±1.70)points.The score of APGAR was(7.58±2.09)points,but there were still 27.9%patients with moderate to severe family dysfunction,among which the scores of growth and cooperation dimensions were the lowest,which were(1.47±0.56)points and(1.48±0.58)points,respectively.The score of SSRS was(39.45±5.36)points,which was at a moderate level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that family resilience was positively correlated with family function(r=0.462,P<0.05)and social support(r=0.304,P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience level of patients with malignant spinal tumor is at a medium level,and there is room for improvement in the utilization of social resources and family functions.Therefore,clinical medical staff should pay attention to the family resilience of patients,provide nursing intervention measures of family participation,and improve the family resilience of patients to cope with the disease.
