基于AHP层次分析法的老旧社区多代际共享空间更新策略研究——以济南市王官庄小区为例

Research on the Renewal Strategy of Multi-generation Shared Space in Old Community based on AHP:A Case Study of Wangguanzhuang Community in Jinan

基于全球老龄化的背景下大量老旧社区面临更新问题,在改善社区生活环境的同时,也要关注老年人的精神需求,确立并建设一种“老年友好型”的宜居社交环境。文章聚焦济南市市中区卧龙路王官庄社区,经实地调研、数据统计、Yaahp层次分析法的结果,提出“以多代际共享空间为核心的活力带构建”,以多代际共享空间的建设,激活多元产业,同时实现多代际化的公共服务设施与道路景观更新,塑造有人文特色与精神活力的新时代社区,为今后老旧社区更新提供参考与借鉴。

Based on the background of global aging,a large number of old communities are faced with the problem of renewal.While improving the living environment of the community,we should also pay attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly,establish and build a"Senior friendly"social environment.Focusing on the Wangguanzhuang District of Wolong Road in Central Jinan City,the paper proposes a"Multi-generational shared space-centered vitality zone",based on the results of field research,data statistics and YAAHP,the construction of multi-generation shared space can activate multi-industries,simultaneously realize multigenerational public service facilities and road landscape renewal,create a new era community with humanistic characteristics and spiritual vitality,it provides reference and reference for the renewal of the old community in the future.
