基于pH响应8-HQ@pTM-DM多孔微球的自预警涂层的制备及性能

摘要 将光聚合法与乳液模板法相结合,通过引入pH响应单体甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)一步制备了负载腐蚀传感探针8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)的pH响应多孔微球(8-HQ@pTM-DM)。系统研究了DMAEMA的添加量对多孔微球的形貌以及释放行为的影响,同时考察了pH响应微球对涂层预警性能和防腐性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的多孔微球8-HQ@pTM-DM具有pH响应性,在酸性条件下释放速率最快。将8-HQ@pTM-DM加入到树脂中构筑了具有腐蚀预警和防腐性能的功能涂层,所制备的涂层对Al3+具有响应能力,可用于铝合金基板腐蚀的预警。含有8-HQ@pTM-DM微球的涂层对划痕有明显的荧光预警响应,且与含非响应多孔微球(8-HQ@pTMPTA)的涂层相比,其荧光强度更强,对比度与灵敏度更高;同时由于8-HQ的腐蚀抑制作用,8-HQ@pTM-DM的加入还提高了涂层的防腐性能。 A combination of photopolymerization and emulsion templating method was used to prepare pH-responsive porous microspheres(8-HQ@pTM-DM)loaded with a corrosion sensing probe 8-hydroxyquinoline(8-HQ)in one step by introducing a pH-responsive monomer,dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA).The effects of the addition of DMAEMA on the morphology and the release behavior of the porous microspheres were systematically investigated,and the effects of the pH-responsive microspheres on the coating warning performance and corrosion resistance were also examined.Results showed that the prepared porous microspheres 8-HQ@pTM-DM were pH-responsive,with the fastest release rate in acidic conditions.Functional coatings with corrosion warning and anti-corrosion properties were constructed by incorporating 8-HQ@pTM-DM into the resin,and the prepared coatings were responsive to Al3+and could be used for early warning of corrosion of aluminum alloy substrates.The coating prepared with 8-HQ@pTM-DM microspheres showed a significant fluorescence warning effect on scratches,and the fluorescence intensity was more pronounced and the contrast and sensitivity were higher compared with that of the coating with non-responsive porous microspheres(8-HQ@pTMPTA).Meanwhile,due to the corrosion inhibitory effect of 8-HQ,the incorporation of 8-HQ@pTM-DM also improved the corrosion resistance of the coating.
