摘要
目的探讨创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折治疗中,使用切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定的治疗效果,及其对下肢功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月兴宁市人民医院收治的创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者264例,随机分为两组,对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,干预组采用切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果、术中出血量、关节功能恢复时间、疼痛情况、下肢功能、骨折愈合情况。结果干预组治疗效果更佳(P<0.05);干预组术中出血量更少(P<0.05),关节功能恢复时间更短(P<0.05),疼痛评分更低(P<0.05);干预组下肢功能更高(P<0.05);干预组骨折愈合情况更好(P<0.05)。结论创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折治疗中,使用切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗效果较好,有利于加快患者下肢功能恢复、骨折愈合,减少术中出血量,降低疼痛感,临床应用价值高。
Objective Exploring the effect of open reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic lower limb long bone fractures,and its impact on the recovery of lower limb function.Method 264 patients with traumatic lower limb long bone fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plates;the intervention group was treated with open reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation treatment.Compare the treatment effects,intraoperative bleeding,joint function recovery time,pain,lower limb function,and fracture healing between the two groups.Result The intervention group had a higher therapeutic effect(P<0.05);the intervention group had less intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05),shorter joint function recovery time(P<0.05),and lower pain scores(P<0.05);the intervention group had higher lower limb function(P<0.05);the intervention group showed better fracture healing(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic lower limb long bone fractures,the use of open reduction interlocking intramedullary nails for internal fixation is effective,which is beneficial for accelerating the recovery of lower limb function and fracture healing,reducing intraoperative bleeding,and reducing pain.It has high clinical application value.
