口服不同剂量葡萄糖酸钙对机采血小板献血者枸橼酸钠中毒反应的影响 被引量:1

Effect of oral Calcium gluconate of different doses on sodium citrate poisoning reaction of machine collected platelet donors

摘要 目的分析针对机采血小板献血者给予不同剂量的葡萄糖酸钙在预防枸橼酸钠中毒反应中的效果。方法将2022年1月-2022年12月接受机采血小板的120例健康献血者分为对照组、实验组A、实验组B,三者均应用相同的仪器设备接受机采血小板,其中对照组在采血前不服用任何药物,实验组A在采血前口服10ml葡萄糖酸钙,实验组B在采血前口服20ml葡萄糖酸钙,比较三组献血者采血开始、采血30min以及采血完成时的血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、Ca^(+)浓度以及枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率。结果在采血开始时,三组献血者的血清PTH水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),采血30min与采血完成时,对照组的血清PTH水平显著高于实验组A与实验组B,而实验组A血清PTH水平高于实验组B,且P<0.05,在采血开始时、采血30min与采血完成三个时刻点,实验组B的血清Ca^(+)浓度高于实验组A与对照组,而实验组A的血清Ca^(+)浓度高于对照组,实验组B枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率2.5%低于实验组A的10%与对照组的22.5%,且P<0.05。结论在机采血小板之前口服20ml葡萄糖酸钙的献血者枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率低于口服10ml葡萄糖酸钙的献血者,口服10ml葡萄糖酸钙的献血者枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率低于未口服葡萄糖酸钙的献血者。 Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of Calcium gluconate on preventing sodium citrate poisoning reaction in machine collected platelet donors.Methods 120 healthy blood donors who received apheresis platelets from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control group,experimental group A and experimental group B.The three groups received apheresis platelets with the same instruments.The control group did not take any drugs before blood collection,experimental group A took 10ml of Calcium gluconate before blood collection,and experimental group B took 20ml of Calcium gluconate before blood collection.Serum parathyroid hormone(PTH),Ca^(+)concentration,and incidence of sodium citrate poisoning reaction at 30 minutes of blood collection and completion of blood collection in the three groups were compared.Result At the beginning of blood collection,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the serum PTH levels of the three groups of blood donors.At 30 minutes and completion of blood collection,the serum PTH levels of the control group were significantly higher than those of experimental group A and B,while the serum PTH levels of experimental group A were higher than those of experimental group B,with P<0.05.At the three time points of blood collection beginning,30 minutes and completion,the serum Ca^(+)concentration of experimental group B was higher than that of experimental group A and control group,the serum Ca^(+)concentration in experimental group A was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of sodium citrate poisoning reaction in experimental group B was 2.5%lower than 10%in experimental group A and 22.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of sodium citrate poisoning in blood donors who took 20ml of Calcium gluconate orally before platelet collection was lower than that in blood donors who took 10ml of Calcium gluconate orally,and the incidence of sodium citrate poisoning in blood donors who took 10ml of Calcium gluconate orally was lower than that in blood donors who did not take Calcium gluconate orally.
