医院-家庭一体化管理策略对慢性乙型肝炎患者自我管理能力及远期复发率的影响

Impact of hospital-family management on self-management and long-term recurrence of CHB patients

目的分析在慢性乙型肝炎患者(CHB)中采用医院-家庭一体化管理策略的干预效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年6月期间112例于天津市第三中心医院接受治疗的CHB患者为研究对象,分为参照组(n=55,予以常规干预措施)和研究组(n=57,予以医院-家庭一体化管理策略),比较两组患者干预疗效。结果干预后,研究组患者PIH、SAS、SDS的各项评分显著更优(P<0.05),慢性乙型肝炎患者各项中医症状消失时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05),且预后效果、复发率显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论医院-家庭一体化管理策略可以明显提升CHB患者自我管理能力和依从性,缓解负性情绪,降低复发风险。

Objective To analyze effect hospital-family management on patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Method 112 CHB patients from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into reference group(n=55,routine intervention)and study group(n=57,hospitalfamily management),effects between groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared with reference group,scores of PIH,SAS and SDS in study group were better(P<0.05),disappearance time of various traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of CHB patients study group was shorter(P<0.05),prognosis effect and recurrence rate were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital-family management can significantly improve self-management ability and compliance of CHB patients,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce recurrence risk.
