急救护理路径单联合SBAR沟通模式在蛇咬伤患者中的应用及效果观察

Application and effect observation of first aid nursing path single combined with SBAR communication mode in snakebite patients

目的探讨急救护理路径单联合现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式应用于蛇咬伤患者中的效果。方法选取2021年6月-2022年5月粤北人民医院采取传统护理模式期间收治的蛇咬伤患者70例作为对照组;另选取2022年6月-2023年5月该院采取急救护理路径单联合SBAR沟通模式期间收治的蛇咬伤患者70例作为观察组。比较两组救治效率、受伤部位愈合情况、护理不良事件、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组救治效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组受伤部位愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组液体渗漏、标本信息错误等护理不良事件少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组健康指导、入院接待等护理满意度评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论急救护理路径单联合SBAR沟通模式可有效提升蛇咬伤患者的救治效率,利于促进受伤部位愈合,进一步降低护理不良事件发生风险,提升患者生活质量,从而获得更高的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing path single combined status-Context-Evaluation-suggestion(SBAR)communication mode in snakebite patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with snakebite treated in our hospital during the traditional nursing mode from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the control group.In addition,70 cases of snakebite patients admitted to our hospital during the period of emergency nursing path single combined SBAR communication mode from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.The efficiency of treatment,healing of injured site,adverse nursing events,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The healing of the injured site in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse nursing events such as fluid leakage and specimen information error in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of GQOLI-74 was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of emergency nursing path single and SBAR communication mode can improve the treatment efficiency of snakebite patients,promote the healing of the injured site,further reduce the risk of adverse nursing events,improve the quality of life of patients,and thus obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
