基于旴江谢氏“开音穴”神经电生理疗法对术后声音嘶哑的临床研究

Clinical study on postoperative hoarseness of the voice based on the neuroelectrophysiological therapy of“Kaiyin acupoint”of Xie's family in Xujiang

目的观察旴江谢氏“开音穴”神经电生理疗法对术后声音嘶哑的临床疗效。方法选取10例术后3个月仍声音嘶哑的患者,按照治疗方式随机分成两组,每组5例。试验组经皮神经电刺激开音穴,对照组常规针刺开音穴及体穴,比较两组患者总嘶哑程度、VHI-10量表评分、喉镜Sittel分级的指标变化。结果治疗后,两组患者总嘶哑程度、VHI-10量表评分、喉镜Sittel分级均较治疗前改善,两组治疗方法均有效。两组治疗后各项指标组间比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论经皮神经电刺激开音穴对术后声音嘶哑具有明显疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the neuroelectrotherapy at the"Kaiyin acupoint"of the Xie's family in Xujiang in treating hoarseness after surgery.Method 10 patients with hoarseness still present 3 months after surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 5 cases in each group.The treatment group received percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation at the Kaiyin acupoint,while the control group received routine acupuncture at the Kaiyin acupoint and the body acupoint.The total hoarseness degree,VHI-10 scale score,and changes in the Sittel grading of the laryngoscope were compared between the two groups of patients.Result After comparison,the total hoarseness degree,VHI-10 scale score,and Sittel grading of the two groups of patients improved within the group before treatment,and both treatment methods were effective.After treatment,the P between the two groups was less than 0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.Conclusion Percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation at the Kaiyin acupoint has a significant therapeutic effect on postoperative hoarseness.
