精细化护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果

Application effect of refined nursing in hemodialysis patients

目的观察精细化护理对血液透析患者的护理效果,为提升血液透析患者的临床干预效果提供参考。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月在天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院血透室接受治疗的血液透析患者89例为研究对象,采用抽签法分为研究组45例和对照组44例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施精细化护理。比较两组对血液透析相关知识的知晓率、并发症发生率以及护理满意率。结果研究组血液透析知识总知晓率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.375,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.234,P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意率为97.78%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.415,P<0.05)。结论精细化护理的实施有助于纠正患者错误的认知,降低血液透析患者治疗期间并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of refined nursing in hemodialysis patients,in order to provide reference for improving the clinical intervention effect of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 89 hemodialysis patients who received treatment in the hemodialysis room of Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into study group of 45 cases and control group of 44 cases using a lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received refined nursing.The awareness rate of hemodialysis related knowledge,incidence of complications and satisfaction rate of nursing between two groups were compared.Results The total awareness rate of hemodialysis knowledge in the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.375,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than 18.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.234,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than 79.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.415,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing could help correct patients'misconceptions,reduce the incidence of complications during treatment for hemodialysis patients,and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
