开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿的效果

Effect of fenestration decompression surgery in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial cysts

目的评估开窗减压术治疗口腔颌面部囊肿患者的效果,为制订口腔颌面部囊肿的临床治疗方案提供参考。方法选取2019年6月—2020年7月在高唐县人民医院实施治疗的口腔颌面部囊肿患者64例为研究对象,以随机掷骰子方式将患者分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组应用开窗减压术治疗,对照组应用囊肿刮除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、手术时间、手术失血量、住院时间及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.335,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.010,P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间分别为(47.20±4.59)min、(5.13±0.30)d,均短于对照组的(59.36±5.10)min、(7.40±0.52)d;观察组手术失血量为(101.50±8.54)mL,少于对照组的(127.57±9.60)mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为0.00%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.266,P<0.05)。结论为口腔颌面部囊肿患者实施开窗减压术治疗,可有效改善患者预后,促进患者术后康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of fenestration decompression surgery in the treatment of patients with oral and maxllofacial cysts,and provide reference for formulating clinical treatment plans of patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts.Methods A total of 64 patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts who underwent treatment in Gaotang County People's Hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a dice rolling method,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with fenestration decompression surgery,the control group was treated with cyst curettage surgery.The treatment effect,incidence of complications,surgical time,surgical blood loss,hospital stay and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.335,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.13%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.010,P<0.05).The surgical time and hospital stay in the observation group were(47.20±4.59)minutes and(5.13±0.30)days,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group with(59.36±5.10)minutes and(7.40+0.52)days;the surgical blood loss in the observation group was(101.50±.8.54)mL,which was less than that in the control group with(127.57±9.60)mL,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.266,P<0.05).Conclusion Performing fenestration decompression surgery for patients with oral and maxillofacial cysts could effectively improve their prognosis and promote postoperative recovery of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
