教护相长安全管理对老年神经系统疾病患者的影响

The effect of safety management of teaching and nursing benefiting each other on elderly patients with nervous system diseases

目的观察教护相长安全管理对老年神经系统疾病患者的效果,为老年神经系统疾病患者的临床护理提供帮助。方法选取2018年7月—2019年6月广东省汕尾市海丰县彭湃纪念医院收治的神经系统疾病老年患者120例为研究对象,将2018年7—12月教护相长安全管理实施前60例患者纳入对照组,2019年1—6月实施后的60例患者纳入研究组。对照组接受神经系统疾病常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受教护相长安全管理。比较两组护理安全事件发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组住院期间护理安全事件发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的11.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05)。研究组各项护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用教护相长安全管理对老年神经系统疾病患者进行干预,可明显降低护理安全事件发生率,提高患者对安全管理、安全教育、安全照护、安全管理效果的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of safety management of teaching and nursing benefiting each other on elderly patients with nervous system diseases,and to provide assistance for clinical nursing of elderly patients with nervous system diseases.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with neurological diseases admitted to Guangdong Province Shanwei City Haifeng County Pengpai Memorial Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Sixty patients before the implementation of the safety management of teaching and nursing benefiting each other from July to December 2018 were included in the control group,and 60 patients after the implementation from January to June 2019 were included in the study group.The control group received routine nursing for neurological diseases,while the study group received safety management of teaching and nursing benefiting each other on the basis of the control group.The incidence of nursing safety incidents and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing safety incidents during hospitalization in the study group was 1.67%,which was lower than the 11.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of elderly patients with neurological diseases through the use of safety management of teaching and nursing benefiting each other could significantly reduce the incidence of nursing safety incidents,improve patients'satisfaction with safety management,safety education,safety care and safety management effectiveness,and it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
