镇痛泵治疗腰椎间盘突出症的围术期护理分析

Perioperative nursing analysis of analgesic pump in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨自控镇痛(PCA)泵置管法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的围术期护理体会。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月高唐县人民医院收治的82例腰椎间盘突出症患者纳入研究,随机分为护理组和对照组,每组41例。对照组患者给予常规护理,护理组在对照组基础上联合围术期护理。观察比较两组患者置管成功率、治疗有效率和并发症发生率。结果护理组置管成功率为97.56%,高于对照组的87.80%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.7619,P<0.05)。护理组患者治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.1447,P<0.05)。护理组并发症发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.1157,P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施围术期护理有助于提高PCA泵置管成功率和治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience of patient controlled analgesia(PCA)pump catheterization in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 82 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected into the study and randomly divided into nursing group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the nursing group were given perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group.The success rate of catheterization,treatment effectiveness rate and incidence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The success rate of catheterization in the nursing group was 97.56%,which was higher than 87.80%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=9.7619,P<0.05).The total treatment effectiveness rate of patients in the nursing group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.1447,P<0.05).The complication rate in the nursing group was 2.44%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=-6.1157,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing perioperative nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation could improve the success rate of PCA pump tube and treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
