建筑装饰工程项目管理现状问题与优化对策研究

Research on Current Problems of Building Decoration Engineering Project Management and Optimization Countermeasures

随着城市的发展和基础设施建设不断推进,加之人们对居住环境需求的不断提高,让建筑装饰行业显得越发重要。应当加强对建筑项目管控的力度,采用合理、科学的举措,让项目管理在建筑装饰领域的功能全面发挥出来。本文通过对建筑装饰工程项目管理的现状问题进行分析,梳理出建筑装饰工程项目管理的要点,针对其中存在的问题提出针对性的解决措施。希望通过本次研究,可以为装饰装修工程项目管理工作提供指导意义。

With the urban development and continuous development of infrastructure construction,in addition with the continuous improvement of people’s demand for living environment,the building decoration industry becomes increasingly important.It is necessary to strengthen the control of construction projects,and adopt the reasonable and scientific measures to fully exert the functions of project management in the field of building decoration.This paper analyzes the current situation of building decoration engineering project management,sorts out the key points of building decoration engineering project management,and puts forward targeted solutions to the existing problems.Through this research,it is expected to provide guidance for decoration engineering project management.
