With the rapid development of social economy,people’s demand for architectural environment is increasing,and the quality of building decoration construction becomes an important concern.In the process of building decoration construction,quality problems may directly affect the safety,comfort and aesthetics of the building,and even have a negative impact on people’s living and working environment.Therefore,effective quality control is the key for ensuring the quality of building decoration construction.Based on this condition,this paper will discuss and research the application of total quality management in quality control of building decoration construction.
