在建工程绿色改造项目进度风险研究

Research on Progress Risk of Green Transformation Projects Under Construction

本文基于贝叶斯网络构建由17个风险点组成的在建工程绿色改造项目的进度风险模型,分析结果中,国家绿建项目政策变化、存在已交付使用的工程和施工单位经验不足这三项风险因素对项目进度影响最大。本文针对分析结果提出合理的管理措施和建议,为其他绿色改造项目的进度风险管理提供重要参考。

Based on Bayesian network,this paper constructs a progress risk model of green transformation projects under construction consisting of 17 risk points.In the analysis results,the three risk factors of national green construction project policy changes,the existence of delivered projects and the lack of experience of construction units have the greatest impact on the project progress.This paper puts forward reasonable management measures and suggestions based on the analysis results,and provides an important reference for the progress risk management of other green transformation projects.
