近年来我国经济发展迅速,城市化推进速度不断提高,建筑行业亦是随之兴起,行业内部的竞争也日趋激烈。工程质量是建筑企业生存发展的根本,不仅与自身核心竞争力挂钩,还与广大人民群众的生活质量、生命财产安全息息相关,因此,质量管理与控制是建设工程的核心,工作人员需要做好质量管理与控制工作来保证施工效率与建设工程整体质量。本文旨在就相关问题展开探讨,为实践提供参考。

In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,the speed of urbanization has been increasing,the construction industry has also risen accordingly,and the competition within the industry has become increasingly fierce.Project quality is fundamental to the survival and development of construction enterprises,which is not only linked to its own core competitiveness,but also closely related to the quality of life and the life and property safety of the masses.Therefore,quality management and control are the core of construction engineering,and staff need to perform well in quality management and control to ensure construction efficiency and the overall quality of construction engineering.The purpose of this paper is to discuss related issues and provide reference for practice.
