预制剪力墙套筒灌浆施工现场检测与质量控制对策探讨

On-site Inspection and Quality Control Countermeasures of Sleeve Grouting Construction of Precast Shear Wall

当前预装配式建筑逐步增多的过程中,人们对预制剪力墙套筒灌浆施工提出了新的要求,陆续出现了很多新工艺与新技术,对提高预制剪力墙套筒灌浆施工质量具有重要意义。但结合当下的施工情况,预制剪力墙套筒灌浆施工方面还存在诸多的质量问题,为着力解决这些问题,做好现场检测与质量控制十分关键。基于此,本文重点分析了预制剪力墙套筒灌浆施工现场的检测要点、质量控制措施,以期为同类型项目提供指导与借鉴。

At present,with the gradual increase of prefabricated buildings,people put forward new requirements for sleeve grouting construction of precast shear wall,and many new processes and technologies have appeared successively,which is of great significance to improve the quality of sleeve grouting construction of precast shear wall.However,combined with the current construction situation,there are still many quality problems in the sleeve grouting construction of precast shear wall.In order to solve these problems,it is very important to perform well on on-site inspection and quality control.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the on-site inspection points and quality control measures of sleeve grouting construction of precast shear wall,so as to provide guidance and reference for similar projects.
