机械专业产学研用协同创新人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of the Cooperative Innovation Talents of Industry-University-Research-Application in Machinery Major

为提高职业院校机械专业学生的综合实践能力,培养适合地方经济发展的复合型人才,科学的机械专业人才培养模式可起到关键作用。基于此,为培养适应现代产业需求和社会发展的机械专业人才,课题组提出了产学研用的教学模式,即将产学研用四方面引入机械专业人才培养模式中,通过产学研用协同创新的人才培养模式,以市场为导向,结合企业岗位需求和专业发展,以提高学生的专业综合能力,优化机械专业人才培养模式,为国家和社会输送高质量人才。

In order to improve the comprehensive practical ability of mechanical students in vocational colleges and cultivate compound talents suitable for local economic development,the scientific talent training mode of mechanical majors can play a key role.Based on this,in order to train machinery professionals who can meet the needs of modern industry and social development,the research group proposed a teaching model for industry-university-research-application,that is,to introduce the four aspects of industry-university-research-application into the training model for machinery professionals.Through the talent training model of collaborative innovation between industry-university-research-application,the market-oriented talent training model is combined with the job needs of enterprises and professional development,so as to improve the comprehensive professional ability of students and optimize the training mode of machinery professionals,and transport high-quality talents for the country and society.
