Exploring the Application of Dispatching Intelligent Balance System in New Power Systems

电力调度平衡系统是对电力系统中发电、输电、变电、配电及用电环节的资源进行分配,实现电力资源的优化配置,推动新型电力系统建设。在“双碳”目标背景下,电力系统在电力保供、新能源消纳、稳定运行等方面面临诸多挑战。通过对新型电力系统下调度智能平衡系统的应用研究,提出新型电力系统优化运行策略及新型电力系统下的电力调度智能平衡系统设计方法,有助于实现电力资源的合理配置和利用,推动新型电力系统建设。

The power dispatch balance system is the allocation of resources in the power generation,transmission,transformation,distribution,and consumption links of the power system,achieving optimal allocation of power resources and promoting the construction of new power systems.Against the backdrop of the"dual carbon"goal,the power system will face many challenges in ensuring power supply,new energy consumption,and stable operation.Through the application research of the dispatch intelligent balance system under the new power system,the optimization operation strategy of the new power system and the design method of the power dispatch intelligent balance system under the new power system are proposed,which helps to achieve the reasonable allocation and utilization of power resources and promote the construction of the new power system.
