摘要
阀厅是换流站建筑物中的重要组成部分,主要用于布置换流阀及有关设备。一般情况下,阀厅采用全金属屏蔽方式,使用的是钢结构,可以有效屏蔽外界的电磁干扰。换流站阀厅会设置很多设备,这些设备会产生巨大的热量,因此要添加通风设施和空调设备,确保阀厅温度和湿度得到有效控制。但由于换流站阀厅粉尘浓度过高,会对阀厅电气设备的稳定和安全运行造成较大影响。文章针对换流站阀厅设备出现的发热缺陷进行多角度分析,并针对这些缺陷发生的原因提出了相对应的运行维护保养措施,以期充分发挥出换流站阀厅设备的价值,确保电力系统的正常运行。
In converter station buildings,the valve hall is a very important component,mainly used for arranging converter valves and related equipment.In general,the valve hall adopts an all metal shielding method using a steel structure,which can effectively shield against external electromagnetic interference.But for the valve hall of the converter station,a lot of equipment will be installed,and the heat generated by these equipment is enormous.Therefore,ventilation facilities and air conditioning equipment need to be added to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the valve hall are effectively controlled.However,due to the high dust concentration in the valve hall of the converter station,it will have a significant impact on the stability and safe operation of the electrical equipment in the valve hall.The main purpose of this article is to conduct a multidimensional analysis of the heating defects that occur in the valve hall equipment of the converter station,and to propose corresponding operation and maintenance measures based on the reasons for these defects.It is hoped that the value of the valve hall equipment of the converter station can be fully utilized to ensure the normal operation of the power system.
