Design of a Middle Platform Software Architecture for Project Management Business

随着国家电网公司业务发展,项目数量与规模不断增大,项目全过程管理愈加复杂,项目由多系统分散管理造成了流程断层、项目重复管理、数据标准不一、业务壁垒的问题。为优化项目全过程管理,文章引入业务中台理念,基于微服务,设计了一种项目全过程管理业务中台软件架构,将项目管理同质流程和共性数据整合为共享服务,供各专业管理应用调用。在该架构的支撑下,项目管理业务中台横向扁平协同、纵向垂直贯通,实现了流程贯通、作业高效、数源统一、服务多元的项目全过程管理优化目标。

With the development of the business of State Grid Corporation of China,the number and scale of projects continue to increase,and the entire process management of projects has become increasingly complex and extensive.The decentralized management of projects through multiple systems has caused problems such as process gaps,duplicate project management,inconsistent data standards,and business barriers.In order to optimize the entire project process management,this article introduces the concept of business middleware and designs a software architecture for project entire process management business middleware based on microservices.It integrates homogeneous project management processes and common data into shared services for various professional management applications to call upon.Under the support of this architecture,the project management business has achieved the optimization goals of horizontal flat collaboration and vertical integration in the middle platform,achieving process integration,efficient operation,unified data sources,and diverse services throughout the entire project process management.
