摘要
临时接地线是保证现场作业人员人身安全的安保线,而现有的临时接地线装设操作难度较大,费时费力,操作多组接地线后手臂会发酸、乏力,甚至会出现手抖动现象,给后续操作带来了不安全因素。为此文章总结了国内外各种接地线成套装置的结构特点,提出通过弹簧储能原理,设计制作纯机械结构、操作简易的接地线、接地头及配套操作杆。并进行相应的结构设计及试验效果验证,结果证明,弹簧储能式的成套接地线装置可降低操作难度,缩短安装时间。
Temporary grounding wire is a safety line that guarantees the personal safety of on-site workers.However,the existing temporary grounding wire installation is difficult,time-consuming and laborious.After operating multiple sets of grounding wires,the arms will become sore,weak,and even trembling,which brings unsafe factors to subsequent operations.Therefore,this article summarizes the structural characteristics of various grounding wire complete devices at home and abroad,proposes a spring energy storage principle,and designs and manufactures a purely mechanical structure of easy-to-operate grounding wire heads and matching operating rods.Corresponding structural design and test effect verification were carried out.The results showed that the spring energy storage type complete grounding wire can reduce operating difficulties and shorten installation time.
