双碳背景下建筑垃圾在道路工程中资源化利用前景与完善标准体系的思考

摘要 我国建筑垃圾资源化利用具有广阔的应用前景。本文系统分析了我国建筑垃圾资源化利用相关政策、标准和工程应用现状,基于当前“双碳”和“交通强国”战略目标发展要求,提出建筑垃圾资源化利用标准尚存在利用对象不全面、再生产品利用路径单一,以及指导其在道路中应用的标准不完善等问题,制约了建筑垃圾在道路工程中的规模化利用,提出相关标准化工作建议,助力完善我国建筑垃圾资源化利用标准化体系。 The construction waste resource utilization has been widely applied in China.This study firstly analyzed the policies,standards,and engineering applications of construction waste resources utilization.Furthermore,on the basis of development requirements of the current"dual carbon"and"transportation power"strategic goals,it highlights deficiencies in the standards for construction waste resource utilization,such as incomplete coverage of utilization targets,a limited variety of recycled products and utilization pathways,and an imperfect standard system.These limitations impede the large-scale utilization of construction waste in road engineering.The paper concludes by offering recommendations for subsequent standardization efforts,aiming to enhance China's standardization system for the utilization of construction waste resources.
