摘要
在确保住宅质量的情况下,为提升产品品质、降低成本、缩短建设周期,产品标准化设计及应用成为当前房地产企业研究发展的方向。本文以某高层住宅项目为例,通过分析产品标准化设计的意义,探究高层住宅项目中户型单元平面确定、核心筒设计,以期为产品标准化设计的应用提供参考。
With the continuous development of the real estate market,while ensuring residential quality,in order to improve product quality,reduce costs,and shorten construction cycles,product standardization design and application are the current research and development direction of real estate enterprises.This article analyzes the significance of product standardization design and takes a high-rise residential project as an example to explore the determination of unit layout and core tube design in high-rise residential projects,To provide reference for the application of product standardization design.
