摘要
紧凑型高功率重复频率脉冲电源受其重量和体积尺寸等技术指标的限制,通常需要加入数MPa的气体绝缘介质才能实现其电气性能。其高压输出端设计要同时满足高机械结构强度和高电气绝缘强度要求,必须做到二者间的综合平衡。本文介绍了运用计算机建模软件分析及数值模拟,完成的一款800kV的紧凑型高功率重复频率脉冲电源的高压输出端设计工作。经实验证明,该装置外径为290mm,在重复频率50Hz时脉冲电源可在输出电压800kV下可稳定可靠工作。
Compact high power and repetition rate pulse power supply subject to the restrictions on size and other technical requirements of weight and volume,usually need to join several MPa gas insulated dielectric to implement its electric property.The design of high voltage output must meet the requirements of high mechanicalstructurestrength and high electricinsulated strength,and achieve a balance between the two.This paper use computer modeling analysis and numerical simulation software to implement the high voltage output design of a 800 kv compact high power and repetition rate pulse power supply.The results show,with external diameter 290mm,the pulse power can work stable under the output voltage of 800 kV at 50Hz.
