不同引诱剂与诱捕器对苹毛丽金龟的诱集效果

摘要 苹毛丽金龟Proagopertha lucidula是为害长柄扁桃的一种重要害虫。为了明确不同引诱剂和诱捕器对苹毛丽金龟的诱集效果,2018年4月至2020年5月,在陕西榆林沙区长柄扁桃栽培基地,分别设置4种引诱剂(A:顺-3-己烯-1-醇;B:丁香酚;C:丁香酚与顺-3-己烯-1-醇体积比为1∶1;D:丁香酚与顺-3-己烯-1-醇体积比为3∶1)、4种形状(三角形、船形、桶形和挡板形)、5种颜色(粉红色、黑色、绿色、白色和紫色)、5种悬挂高度(0.5、0.9、1.3、1.7 m和2.1 m)的诱捕器对苹毛丽金龟进行田间诱集试验。结果表明:引诱剂B、C和D日均诱捕量显著高于对照,引诱剂D日均诱虫数量最高,为2.12头/个,显著高于其他3种引诱剂(P<0.05)。引诱剂A日均诱虫量和对照差异不显著(P>0.05)。船形和挡板诱捕器日均诱虫量2.38头/个和2.56头/个,显著高于三角形和桶形诱捕器(P<0.05)。粉红色诱捕器对苹毛丽金龟日均诱虫量最高,为2.24头/个,显著高于其他3种颜色诱捕器(P<0.05)。诱捕器悬挂高度为1.3 m和0.9 m时日均诱虫量为1.98头/个和1.82头/个,显著高于其他3种悬挂高度(P<0.05)。说明引诱剂B、引诱剂C和D均有一定诱捕效果,引诱剂D、船形和挡板形、粉红色诱捕器、悬挂高度为1.3 m和0.9 m为最佳组合,建议应用于苹毛丽金龟的田间监测和防控中。 Proagopertha lucidula is an important pest of Amygdalus pedunculata.The purpose of this study was to clarify the trapping effect of different attractants and traps on P.lucidula.From April 2018 to May 2020,four attractants and traps with four shapes,five colors and five hanging heights were set up in the A.pedunculata cultivation base in Yulin Sandy Area,Shaanxi province to conduct field trapping experiments on P.lucidula.The compositions of attractant A,attractant B,attractant C and attractant D were cis-3-hexen-1-ol,eugenol,eugenol and cis-3-hexen-1-ol at a volume ratio of 1∶1 and eugenol and cis-3-hexen-1-ol at a volume ratio of 3∶1,respectively.The different shapes of traps tested were triangle trap,boat-shaped trap,bucket-shaped trap and baffle-shaped trap.The colors tested were pink,black,green,white and purple,which were hung at 0.5,0.9,1.3,1.7 m or 2.1 m above ground.The results showed that the daily average trapping amount of attractant B,attractant C and attractant D were significantly higher than that of the control.There was no significant difference between the daily average amounts of attractant A and the control.The average daily trapping amount by attractant D was 2.12,which was significantly higher than those of the other three attractants(P<0.05).The daily average number of boat-shaped and baffle-shaped traps was 2.38 and 2.56,respectively,which was significantly higher than those of triangle and bucket-shaped traps(P<0.05).The daily average number of pink traps was 2.24 per trap,which was significantly higher than those of the other three colored traps(P<0.05).The average daily trapping number of each trap hung at 1.3 m and 0.9 m was 1.98 and 1.82,respectively,which was significantly higher than those of other traps(P<0.05).Boat-shaped and baffle-shaped traps,pink traps,and attractant D,hung at the height of 1.3 m and 0.9 m,were the optimal combination for trapping P.lucidula.It is recommended that field monitoring and control of P.lucidula should be applied in production practice.
