In the 4O years since the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,urban planning has increasingly focused on sustainable development,urban public space,social equity,and the well-being of residents.Bao'an District,with its advantageous geographical location and as a new landmark of Shenzhen's reform and opening-up,has also embraced a favorable opportunity for comprehensive development.Its coastal bay area has become a hot spot for development.
