基于FPGA的模拟电机电压信号在环测试系统设计

摘要 在电机矢量控制中,只有通过完整的闭合回路控制才能产生定子电流。为了简便验证AN9238采样的正确性,并考虑到准确性、通用性和可移植性,设计了模拟电机电压信号在环测试系统。该系统使用FPGA作为主控制器,将FPGA、上位机和DAC模块作为模拟电机输出两相电压的主要组成部分,并将AN9238模块作为数据采集验证部分。文中对系统整体方案设计进行阐述,并且验证了模拟电机两相电压输出以及数据采集的正确性,与系统预期的设定电压相对比,实验结果显示该系统能够自定义输出电压范围内任意电压以及AN9238采集模块的准确性,总体设计满足工程实际需求。 In motor vector control,stator current can only be generated through a complete closed loop control.In order to easily verify the correctness of AN9238 sampling,a simulated motor voltage signal in loop testing system was designed considering accuracy,universality,and portability.The system used FPGA as the main controller,with FPGA,upper computer,and DAC modules as the main components for simulating the two-phase voltage output of the motor,and AN9238 module was used as the data collection and verification part.The overall design of the system was elaborated in the article,and the correctness of simulating the two-phase voltage output of the motor and data acquisition was verified.Compared with the expected set voltage of the system,the experimental results show that the system can customize any voltage within the output voltage range and the accuracy of the AN9238 acquisition module.The overall design met the actual engineering requirements.
