仪式治疗的历史形塑与意义延展:一个布朗族村寨的个案研究

Historical Shaping and Meaning Extension of Ritual Therapy:Based on A Survey of A Blang Village

从共时性视角研究仪式治疗容易将其视为始终不变的存在,容易忽视其与其他医疗体系之动态性交织关系。通过对布朗族村寨仪式治疗的历史形塑与意义延展研究发现,近年来人们虽然对现代医疗有了较为全面、客观的认知,但他们依然需要借助仪式治疗寻找面对未知、化解不可控因素与继续生活下去的信心、勇气与意义。研究还发现,仪式治疗本身有着较强的包容性。人们擅长将新出现的事物纳入仪式治疗之中,为的是希望借助“传统”文化的力量舒缓、化解,甚至治愈一些特殊人群的“心病”与“瘾病”,其意义得到了延续与拓展。历时性视角关注仪式治疗等将对不同就医模式间复杂的交织关系实现更深一层的洞察与理解。

From the perspective of synchronic,it is easy to regard ritual therapy as an unchanging existence and ignore its dynamic interweaving relationship with other medical systems.Through the research on the historical shaping and significance extension of Xiazhai ritual therapy,it is found that although people have a more com‐prehensive and objective cognition of modern medicine in recent years,they still need to use ritual therapy to find the confidence,courage and meaning to face the unknown,resolve uncontrollable factors and continue to live.The study also found that ritual therapy itself is highly inclusive.People are good at incorporating new things into ritual treatment,in order to use the power of“traditional”culture to soothe,dissolve,and even cure the“heart disease”and“addiction disease”of some special people,and its significance has been continued and expanded.The diachronic perspective focusing on ritual therapy will achieve a deeper insight and understanding of the complex interweaving relationship between different medical treatment modes.
