基于模型的数字孪生医疗的伦理问题研究

Ethical Issues in Model-based Digital Twin Healthcare Research

数字孪生技术的快速发展在医疗领域中的应用将展现出广阔的前景也带来一系列新的伦理问题。基于所构建的数字孪生医疗模型,对模型初建时的个人隐私权保护、数据现实性代表等数据伦理;模型运作过程中的算法黑箱、算法推荐等算法伦理;模型应用时的医患关系、量化自我等医患伦理;模型发展时的数字鸿沟、医疗公平等社会伦理进行研究。并针对每一环节的伦理问题提出相应的应对之道,以期推动数字孪生技术在医疗领域中的进一步落地应用。

This paper focuses on patient population,medical equipment,healthcare personnel,and hospital entities to construct a Digital Twin Medical Treatment Model(DTMTM).From the perspective of"initial construction-operation-applicationdevelopment",the ethical issues of the DTMTM are analyzed in depth.These issues encompass data ethics,such as personal privacy protection and data representativeness;algorithm ethics,such as algorithm black box and algorithm recommendation;doctor-patient ethics,such as doctor-patient relationship and quantified self;and social ethics,such as digital divide and healthcare equity.To address these concerns,it is suggested to shift the protective mindset,pay attention to the meaningful reality of data,embed ethical values,care for life and health,balance between twin and reality,clarify the quantitative significance of data,promote collaboration among various stakeholders,and advance policies and regulations.
