摘要
以南非约翰内斯堡大学为例探究南非中医药高等教育的现状及困境,认为其中医药高等教育发展存在着课程体系设置不够合理、师资队伍薄弱、教育评价标准缺失等三方面的困境。其原因在于师资缺乏制约了教育规模和质量,高层次人才缺乏制约了中医药的融入,医疗人员水平制约了中医药的传播。在新时期中非合作的背景下,我国应主动与南非开展中医药高等教育合作,共同建设人才培养体系,提升教育质量,以培养高层次的本土中医药人才,推动共建中非卫生健康共同体。
Taking the University of Johannesburg as an example,this paper explores current status and dilemmas of higher education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in South Africa and identifies three dilemmas:unreasonable curriculum system,a shortage of qualified faculty,and a lack of standardized educational evaluation standards.The study attributes these challenges to a lack of qualified faculty hindering educational quality and scale,a scarcity of high-level talents impeding the integration of TCM,and the proficiency of medical personnel limiting the dissemination of TCM.In the context of renewed Sino-African cooperation in the new era,China should take the initiative to engage in higher education cooperation in TCM with South Africa,jointly build a personnel training system,improve the quality of education,cultivate high-level local TCM professionals,and promote the joint construction of a Sino-African health community.
