摘要
针对含油污泥化学热洗剩余固相含油率不达标、产物品质差、处理效能低等问题,梳理了化学热洗技术的研究现状(包括影响因素、优缺点、超声强化和联合处理技术),介绍了其工程应用情况,并分析了油泥稳定性机制及化学热洗机理。指出,未来应开发绿色、高效、低成本的清洗剂,设计高效热洗装置,探索清洗综合评价方法,以及开展强化化学热洗、联合资源化利用或无害化处理研究。
In response to the problems of substandard residual oil content,poor product quality,and low treatment efficiency in the chemical hot washing(CHW)of oily sludge,the current research status of CHW technologies(including influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages,ultrasonic strengthening and joint treatment technologies)is reviewed,and its engineering application is introduced.The stability mechanism and the CHW mechanism of oily sludge are analyzed.It is pointed out that green,efficient,and low-cost cleaning agents should be developed in the future,high-efficiency CHW devices should be designed,comprehensive evaluation methods for CHW should be explored,and research on strengthening CHW,joint resource utilization or harmless treatment should be carried out.
